Honest Representation
Profiles must use your own current photographs and accurately describe your age, intentions and circumstances. Misrepresenting who you are undermines the trust the entire community depends on.
Sugar dating terms of use
By creating an account or browsing SugarDating, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. They set the community rules and dating platform community rules that keep this a legitimate, curated space for verified adults, and using the site constitutes agreement to them.
Who may join
Membership on SugarDating is restricted to adults aged 18 and over. Reputable sugar dating platforms uniformly apply this minimum, and beyond it there is no further fixed age restriction - compatibility and personal preference determine who members choose to meet. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information on your account, including your age, name and photographs, is accurate and belongs to you.
Providing false age or identity information is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension. If we have reason to believe a member does not meet the minimum age requirement, we may request verification or remove the account.
What we expect from every member
These dating platform community rules apply to every profile, message and photograph shared on SugarDating.
Profiles must use your own current photographs and accurately describe your age, intentions and circumstances. Misrepresenting who you are undermines the trust the entire community depends on.
Members are expected to communicate respectfully, honour stated boundaries and treat every match with the same courtesy they expect in return. Harassment or coercive pressure is not tolerated.
Bots, scripted messaging and profiles that do not represent a real person are prohibited. Automated accounts erode the quality of a curated platform and are removed on discovery - see our FAQ for how to spot and report one.
Members must never request money, gift cards or transfers before an arrangement is agreed and met in person. Any member soliciting an advance payment should be reported and blocked immediately.
Private agreements, not platform obligations
Any arrangement reached between members - its terms, frequency or any form of support exchanged - is a private agreement between the adults involved. SugarDating is not a party to that agreement and does not mediate, guarantee or enforce its terms. Sugar dating is legal in most jurisdictions provided the relationship is consensual and does not breach laws on solicitation or compensation, and members remain responsible for ensuring their own arrangements stay within the law.
SugarDating exists as a legitimate, legal space that consenting adults use to meet on their own terms. Our platform's structure - verification, stated intentions and privacy controls - is described in full on the how it works page, which sets out what to expect at every stage from registration to a first meeting.
Breaches and closure
We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms, including fake profiles, harassment, solicitation of advance payments or providing false age information. Members can report a concern at any time, and our team reviews reports to keep the community within these rules. If your account is suspended and you believe this was done in error, contact us to request a review.
Members may also close their own account at any time. For questions about a suspension, a report you have filed, or general account matters, reach our team via contact.
SugarDating is provided as a platform for adults to meet; we make no warranty regarding the outcome of any introduction or arrangement formed through the site. These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the platform or applicable requirements, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Related policies are set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
